Is the shipping charge calculated on weight of the package?

The shipping charges are calculated on the number of products in your order. You can view the shipping cost in the link below.

Can I track the package once you ship it from India?

Yes, you would receive an email with the Airway Bill number of the courier once it is shipped. You would be able to track it with the respective courier.

What are your shipping charges for deliveries inside India?

Delivery inside India is free of cost in most cases, however if there is a change it can be verified at the shipping policy link below.

Can you deliver to any country in the world?

Yes, we deliver to almost all countries in the world.

What is the procedure to return a product, If I dont like it?

Please report the return to us within 24 hours of receiving the product. You may email us or call us and inform us the same.

Can I return a salwar kameez or a lehenga thats stitched to my measurements?

Sorry, custom stitched products cannot be returned or exchanged.

I bought a saree with blouse stitched, Can I return it or exchange it?

Returns would not be accepted for custom made / stitched clothing, including for sarees where the blouse is stitched, readymade stitched sarees or sarees stitched with custom blouse. However we would accept returns if there are any faults from our end.

Will I get a full refund if I return the product?

The value of refund, varies from one case to another. It would be under the sole discretion of the operations.

Are there any charges for refunds, if I return an item?

There is a admin credit card commission cost of 10percentage of the final order value 5percentage while accepting and 5percentage while refunding or 10 USD depending on the order size. We will not refund the shipping charges paid by you while purchasing the item. We will not refund the customs duties or taxes, if applicable, or paid by you at time of receiving the goods.

Can I pay using my Debit card?

Yes, We accept all major debit cards

How do I know that you have received my payments?

You would receive an email confirmation that we have received your payments along with a 9 digit order number.

I have transferred money through Western Union, what do I do next?

Please email us the 10 digit MTCN number along with your temporary reference number. We would generate your order, once we receive the payments from Western Union.

My card is declined, What should I do?

Please recheck if you have given your card details correct. If so, please contact your banks and explain them that you are trying to purchase from an online store. Your banks might block your cards for security issues.

Can I pay using 2 different cards for one order?

Its not possible to pay using 2 cards for one order.

Can I pay using bank transfer? Where do I get details of your bank account?

Yes, you can pay through bank transfer. You would receive an email as soon as you choose pay by bank transfer as your option of payment.

What is billing address?

The address where you receive your card statements is called billing address

What is shipping address?

The address where you would like to deliver the goods is called the shipping address

Can billing address and shipping address be different?

Yes, you can give a different shipping address.

I dont have the phone number of the receiver, Can I still order?

Its very important to give the telephone number of the receiver. It is not possible to order without the telephone number of the receiver.

Will there be any variations in color of the product against what is shown in the image?

We always sell the product exactly in the same color as shown in the picture. Sometimes due to monitor settings some colors are shown in different shades because of digitization however we do our best to give the accurate color of the product. We recommend you to read the description of the product to know if there is any variations.

Can I get the color of the product changed?

We normally sell the product exactly in the same color as shown in the picture. If you require the same product in a different shade you may request the same by contacting our customer support.

Will there be a customs duty or any taxes applicable on my purchase?

Customs Duty or any local state taxes or import taxes sometimes may get applied as all products are shipped from India. These duties or taxes would be collected from you during the delivery by the courier company. Sometimes the invoice on such taxes applied would be mailed to you later. The exact value of the tax would depend on the state or the country where it is asked to get delivered.

What is traditional blouse stitching?

Traditional Blouse is a regular blouse style with darts and hooks either on front or back with an underbust waist band. The traditional blouse has normal sleeves and regular neckline. No extra styling is offered for traditional blouse

What is Readymade Stitched Saree?

Readymade Stitched Saree is sometimes referred as automatic saree, is an additional option where you can get the saree to be stitched like a dress with pleats pre-stitched. In this way you dont have to learn how to drape a saree. Readymade saree stitching requires your waist and the waist to floor measurements. Readymade saree is worn like a skirt with a hook and then the pallu portion of the saree is thrown on the shoulders. To get a saree stitched as readymade saree it costs extra which is mentioned in the Custom Tailoring Options.

How can I get falls attached to my saree?

Saree Falls can be attached by choosing Fall and Edging option under the custom tailoring options. It costs no extra cost to get the fall and edging work done. By choosing this option we attach a matching fall to the saree and also do the edging work on the side of the saree.

Can I get my blouse unstitched or just buy the blouse fabric?

Yes you can get the blouse piece as unstitched for the saree you buy. Just do not select any option under Made to Measure Blouse within the Custom Tailoring Options. In this way we would offer the blouse piece as unstitched fabric. You cannot just buy the blouse fabric as blouses are normally sold along with the saree. There are some blouses sold just by themselves without saree which can be found under Saree Blouse category.

How can I get my blouse custom stitched?

Blouse can be custom stitched by choosing either Traditional Blouse Stitching option or Patterned Blouse Stitching option under the Made to Measure Blouse option which can be found below Custom Tailoring Options. We require the necessary measurements which would be asked in the next page after ADD TO CART process. Our skillful tailors, pattern masters and designers would handcraft the blouse as per the measurements provided.

Can I get the blouse sewn in a different style or pattern unlike as shown in the picture?

Yes, you can do that. Normally when a patterned blouse is selected, our experienced team of designers make the blouse pattern based on the latest trend and style with additional trims and styling. However, if you have any pattern in mind you can email us the pattern picture and we can try and get the same pattern made. If there is any questions we would get back to you by email if required.

I dont know how to wear a saree but I still want to buy. What do I do?

There is two solution for this problem, either you learn on how to drape or wear a saree or the second would be the get the saree stitched as a readymade saree where you dont have to learn on how to drape a saree. Wearing a readymade saree is as simple as wearing a dress or a skirt and a blouse.

I want to change the delivery date. It does not allow me to change. What do I do?

The expected delivery date is automatically given by the system, taking into consideration, the shipping lead time of the products you have chosen. Please specify the date you require the products in the special instructions column. However, delivery is not guaranteed on the date you have given.
