We supply to stores, retailers, resellers, direct importer's and buying agents ,unique products in small, moderate to bulk quantities, at wholesale prices.

How do you ensure product quality?

With Kaluram, you can get multiple items of similar designs. As we have in house designers, craftsmen and manufacturing facility, creating any item in any combination of fabric, color, cut and embroidery is not a problem.

When can I place my order?

You can place an order whenever you like at any time of your choice from anywhere in the world. Please send us an email for further information.

Can I order by phone?

Yes, you can. However, orders will be shipped only after receipt of payment. If you change your mind after placing your order and want to make any changes, you may call us again. We will be glad to help you in any way we can.

Are these prices wholesale discounted?

Yes, the bulk prices link displays fantastic wholesale discounts offered on this range of merchandise to our registered members. You can become our member through the Free Member signup on the login page. Our discounts have brought rich margins to resellers worldwide and a large number of repeat customers.

How do I make online payments for small sample order or order through e-mail and still avail wholesale discounts?

There is no minimum quantity restriction with us. If you are a retailer, reseller or direct importer or import agent then we would give you the benefit of wholesale prices on any quantity you choose to order.

Do we have to pay more than the amount shown on your catalog?

All prices displayed on the website are FOB prices. Shipping charges are extra as per mode of transport selected. You can always check your billing and shipping costs before making any payments. We work on no profit no loss towards shipping charges. There are no hidden costs.

Can you quote me a price that includes freight door to door?

All orders are door delivered anywhere in the world, except for bulk orders where Air Cargo / Sea shipments are involved. All our shipping prices are for door delivery. Even sea shipments can be door delivered at additional costs which depend upon your city and location where delivery has to be made.

Can I find items ready for shipments?

We maintain limited inventory of all the items displayed. Samples are shipped same day. Assorted lots are shipped within 7-10 days max. ,depending on your order volume. However if your requirement is very high or has to be made to order, in such cases, before your order is registered, you will be promptly informed of the delivery time by email.

How much time is needed for shipment?

Sample purchases are shipped promptly within 48 hours. Assorted lots 7-10 days , depending on the order volume. Bulk orders items may require 10-15 days, again depending on the order volume and type of item.

Do you make items to order?

We do custom make products on any fabric, colour, cut or embroidery. You indicate any product photo and we can make replica of the same.

Who will handle our clearance through Customs?

We will handle all the customs formalities in India. Courier / Cargo service will get all orders custom cleared and door deliver in your country. In case of Sea shipments you have to arrange your agents for the clearances or hire our nominated agent.

How are goods packaged?

We use professional packaging to pack and crate your consignment appropriately. Our packaging standards are very high in this business.

What do you recommend we import as a trial order?

We recommend that you go for a mix of a variety of products according to your preference and requirement and first time purchase few samples or assorted lots. Subsequently when you are satisfied with the items and their quality you should take a larger quantity mix by sea cargo which will be most economical for you.

Where do you export?

We have been exporting our products all over the world. The maximum number of exports have been to the USA, Canada and Europe and Australia.

What freight charges can I expect?

You can select from various modes. Freight cost is based on weight or volume. The most expensive means of transport is the express courier service, followed by normal airfreight. The cheapest method is by sea and to send a full container and the next most economical would be to send a groupage (less container load (LCL), charged per cubic meter).

Do you have a printed catalogue?

We do not maintain a printed catalog. Since all our items are unique and handmade a printed catalog in our case becomes obsolete very soon as all new designs take over in small time. Do you have outlets worldwide?

Currently, we have our representatives in many cities a number of partner stores who carry our products worldwide. All orders are supplied from India. We would be happy to negotiate with anyone interested in being our representative or agent.
I am looking for something not displayed on your website, can you supply it?

Not everything can be displayed on the website. If there is something you are particularly looking for we might know exactly where to find it. If not, we would be happy to try. If possible, please email any pictures you may have of the item.
